Marvel mystery oil in fuel?

IVE HAVE PUT JUST A LITTLE IN MY FUEL.WILL THIS HURT OR DAMAGE MY MOTOR? 1974 MERCURY 850 85HP. THANKS FOR YOUR IMPUT!

I am sure it won't hurt anything. I ran a full can of seafoam in a 6 gal. can of gas through my 73' 850. It had been sitting for who knows how long. It runs like a top now.

Marvel has been around for years and is a good top end lubricant. It won't hurt although may tend to make the motor smoke a wee bit more when combined with 50:1 premix. But it should also do a good job of cleaning carbon deposits (Seafoam is even better though).

So, I wouldn't worry a bit, just take 'er out and enjoy!..........ed
