Hey I know I have this somewhere that I can't miss it but....

I'm about to order a tach want to get the right one.

If you're ordering a tach, get one that runs to 7000 or 8000 RPM. Prop your motor to peak around 5800 or so, but not over 6000.

Great thanks that's just what I wanted to know.

I was looking at one that went to 6,000 and I couldn't think of why but I was sure I didn't want it.

I found one that goes to 7,000 I'll get.
