Home to Marines that are now damaged goods. It is a place for amputees and severely injured to continue on active duty. Finally we are caring for our own. It is good.

Lt. Col. Maxwell, an Aggie with severe brain damage pushed it thru command. It is something all those injured deserve and have earned. This is social welfare but well earned by the injured so none of this socialism and communist cr..p from anyone.

Read about it and hopefully it will grow to the other branches as well. We should not hide those who have scarificed for our country. God bless America.

You should know as well as anyone, TXS, that once a Marine, a Marine forever. It is the same for many Sailors, Soldiers and Airmen as well.

It is a moral responsibility of our country to care, permanently, for those injured in service to our country.

Ditto. Call it social welfare or anything else you want to, just make it happen.

As a matter of fact the VA medical system is the most efficient in the country. It seems that they have more bargaining power, and a more efficient and up to date computer system. .
