I bought a propeller from iBoats and it is not the same as the original propeller. The original has a hub inserted from the back side. the new propeller hub is inserted from the front.
The original has a large thrust bearing that mates with the original prop.
iBoats does not have a thick thrust bearing that will fit on my straigh shaft. It is not like a mecruiser shart that has a shoulder at the base. Regular thrust bearing is too thin and too sloppy.
Does anuone know of the correct part number and supplier of the proper thrust bearing that will fit?
I currently have a Michigan Wheel prop that needs a THICK thrust bearing that fits the shaft correctly. HELP. iboats does not know my 1967 Merc!

Want to boat but with a good prop!

Thank you for your reply. That is what i am looking for and hope that iBoats will make a note of it for the next buyer. You have to have this spacer!
