Is there any know issue or experience with using memory foam for cushions in a marine setting? Boat is trailered and covered when not in use.
Looking to update the bow seating in my Starcraft Mariner. Thinking of adding back rest cushions. Lining the bow cap fascia and the vertical face of the gunwall.
I have a large piece of memory foam, twin mattress 5" thick. I was thinking of cutting this to size for my use. Cover with vinyl on a 3/8" backer panel.
The pic shows the bow seating. The dodger will be moved forward to store up on the bow.
Tried searching for memory foam.:blue: About a million posts containing memory or foam, but very few for 'memory foam'.
