I am considering the Garmin GPSMAP 76 for my local cruising needs in and around Ft Walton Beach, FL and along the ICW from Mobile AL to Apalachiacola FL. Garmin sells a Bluechart region which covers Tampa to Mobile which would cover the area. <br /><br />The GPSMAP 76 has 8mb of memory. Anyone know how much this region requires? I would only need about 1/2 of it as my small cuddy isn't very suited to navigating from the Big Bend south to Tampa in open water.
