Can anyone give me an idea where to lok for my problem. This is the problem ,the motor runs great from idle all the way to wot and great for a long while then it will start to slow down ,almost like it is runing out of fuel . This is what I had tried, I replaced the fuel seperator filter drained the tank [ which was clean ]checked the fuel lines. I should add that I had a problem with water in the tank early this year, which I cleaned the tank out along with the carb's. The motor runs real good untill this happens, and when it does the primer bulb does not have fuel in it so I am thinking that maybe the fuel pump ? I did pull the fuel line off of the output side of the pump and cranked the motor and it did squirt fuel , so I not sue { just do not want to throw parts at it I am on a tight budget ] Any help would be great,Thanks

Rick, If the primer bulb is empty, there is an air leak between it and the fuel tank. if the fuel primer is collapsed, the vent in the fuel tank is clogged.

Open the gas tank cap and see if this fixes the issue. If so, clean or replace the fuel tank vent.

Chris
If I understand you right you do not feel that it is the fuel pump on the motor? As for as the vent ,when I fill the tank air escapes through the vent hole, so I am assuming if air goes out then the air must be able to get in. But I will check it out. It could possibly be the air leak because when this happens the bulb is expanded with no fuel in it ,not deflated, and I have had the fuel line's off earlier this year when I had trouble with the water in the fuel and it all started after that.

Rick, Get the air leak fixed first. If the bulb is full of fuel, is not collapsed and the motor starves for fuel, the fuel pump could be bad. However, you do not have those symptoms as of yet.

Thanks Chris
Now all I have to do is find the air leak.
