engine will not accelerate after a good run it seems.Does not stall out,but when you give it throttle it will not pick up speed, just kind of bogs.It seems,if I let it sit for 5 or 10 min.it will be ok for a bit, then does it again.Has progressively gotten worse over the summer.any help would be great thanks.

Check all wires and re-test?

I don't think it is the choke wire. Sounds like it's starving for fuel.

Sounds like fuel starvation. Check fuelpump, primer bulb, fuel line etc.

Try to sqeeze the primer bulb when you give it throttle.

-M-

By squeezing the ball - you did test it. How long after a good run? Enough time to get cold and act cold?

-W

Tested the ball yup.Sitting for about 10-15 min. would go again.no problem.I should also add, that this seemed to get worse over time.Almost seems like its loading up.
