thats a strong motor you got there those numbers are real good. Try cleaning the carbs out that should do the trick. Also may need to get a new set of plugs too that never hurts
I would decarb, If you havent already. I got about a 9 percent improvement of compression on my 85 hp johnson. Check the FAQs for the procedure if needed.
