merc1250 another impellar problem

went to drop foot got all the nuts loose but the allen bolt holding the zink plate is there a seperate bolt for foot under the zinc plate so i can drill this allen bolt out

Yes there is a bolt under the tab that holds the unit on, I might suggest that the bolt that your thinking about drilling is S/Steel and would be difficult to drill. Before trying to drill it take a flat punch and try to pean the head down if you stripped the allen head out and put some heat on the anode then try to remove it.

took apart the piston and all the orings were good it looked like the fluid leaked from the shaft seal which looked crimped in how do i get this out also nticed the oil i had just put in was milky how can i drain and what can iuse to flush resivoir and hoses with thanks for your time would be lost without your help you guys are a life saver

With the shaft removed from the cyl. you take the bolt in the shaft out remove the piston and then slide the shaft out of the cap. Here's a breakdown of the cyls.

ok apicture says so much how can i drain my trim resivoir and what can iflush it with seems like the oil was milky when i took out the piston thanks again
