It will have wiring diagrams and the instructions on how to resolve your problem.

New Cap and Rotor didn't change anything. I also ran a direct cable from negative battery to studs on the block no change. Pulled plugs and #8 killed the engine right away. This is also the cylinder where I had low compression originally.
