Hi, I put a new head on my 140. I set up the backlash properly but I noticed one push rod I can move up and down fairly easy. I can grab the rocker arm and push down on the lifter and feel the spring tension, but its easy to move like I mentioned. All the other ones can't be moved that easy. Do I have a lifter problem. I've had the engine running a few times with the valve cover off. Its been awhile since I have had to set valves up. can someone give me some advise on that one lifter. I'm guessing I will need to change lifters. Thanks for any help you can give me before I start taking out lifters.
