Mercruiser 2.5 L 153 ci 120 HP alternator

Hi guys I have a Mercruiser 2.5 L 153 ci 120 HP. The alternator on it I believe is for a car engine and not marine rated. Can someone confirm with the picture below? Also if it is a car alternator could you potentially give me the proper part number for a marine rated one. Thank you

These are marine alternators that have the flame proof shielding.
No core required.
Your alternator is not marine approved.

Kenny, if you don't mind, where are you looking to see it is not approved? I have the same engine, same vintage, as OP and I would like to verify mine is approved.

Never mind, found the answer, you look for flame arrestor screens over the vents.
