Mercruiser 3.0 EFI when??

Hi

Anyone know when the mercruiser 3.0 will be avaliable with EFI?

It is basicaly a GM Vortec 3000 engine and if you look at this:

You will see that GM states it is avaible with EFI - but i havent seen any yet.

They have been kicking that around for quite awhile now. But those are entry level motors and need to be made as cheaply as possible. EFI systems are more expensive than carbureted ones, at least for now. But rumor has it that they are very close to having one and it could be offered anytime now.
