Mercruiser 350 into 383 engine build

Approximately what would it cost to build a marine engine from start to finish? I am looking at 350 to 383 boring/stroke or starting with new 383 block purchased. Not a crazy wild build but moderately wild to get between 350-400 hp

$4200...... which coincidentally is also about the price for a stock 6.2 (377) base engine

and that is new parts, buing a GMPP block and vortec heads from Scoggin Dicky, then a SCAT rotating kit, a comp cams K-kit, some bearings, a melling oil pump and shaft and felpro gaskets and core plugs
