No idea, but I would not buy anything like this on ebay without a blue ribbon guarantee
Understood, I'll have to just source someone to repair it. Seller has a return window open for 15-30 days so I will be good if it ends up not working out.

In regards to the pitot hole on the Bravo drive how far does the wire or drill bit need to go? I have the earlier generation bravo and the wire goes in an inch or two more on it than the 09 Bravo I have.

It wasn't clogged up in the first 3 or so inches. I'm still getting hardly any air coming out and needle on the gauge doesn't even budge under light air pressure. Is it possible to clean out that 90 degree elbow in the pitot passage without dropping the lower? I've tried using an airgun with a rubber tip and then thinner wire to probe it up from the top side and bottom and still no luck blowing it out. Some minor water droplets but nothing more.

Any of you guys know if there's a place that repairs these smartcraft gauges?
Check with gauge saver as they tend to list the smart craft gauges...I believe there's another company or 2 out there that repair these gauges as well. Just have to do a deeper online search to find them if i recall seeing that correctly. Gauge save just comes to mind on the quick plus past members seemed to had good success with them... https://gaugesaver.com/product-category/mercury-electronics-restoration-services/
I also replaced the pitot sensor and blew compressed air into the connected sensor, needle did not even budge on the speedo whatsoever... I'm assuming the gauge is faulty unless I did it incorrectly. Pitot tube itself isn't blocked, I blew air through it. Luckily I found the correct gauge for the speedo in stock.

The code I'm still getting is 451-25. Pitot pressure/The input circuit for the sensor is below the valid limit
So, the wiring harness is connected to the sensor and the sensor is mounted on your boat?

If you can't clear the speedo hole in the drive unit housing, then yes you may have to pull off the lower housing to power wash/clean the debris out better...Could be small rocks in there too. Blow both up and down many times to maybe rock something loose and maybe a vacuum on one side while high air pressure on the other side... Maybe even try water pressure too both ways before pulling the lower housing...
