Mercruiser alpha one drive zooming noise when turning

Gimble bearing? If so shouldnt be too expensive.

My dealer just called, he pulled the outdrive and took apart to check if he overlooked anything. But he says everything is brandnew. The gears, gimball, u-joints, bell house bearing, etc.

Checked the alignment of the engine and outdrive, also good.

He has no clue anymore where to look...

Anybody here that can help us?

Back to your original post you said white stuff did he drain and replace the oil? And high speed or low speed when noise come around? Have you opened the engine hatch when its making the noise to try to locate where it's coming from?
