Well, you do not have the upper cap screwed down, is there oil in it? There is water leaking from the stb side housing, where there should be a gasket, and no water coming from that area. Torque the cap to specs, and fix the leak, and make sure there is gearlube in it before proceeding any further. Hopefully you didn't damage the gears and seals running it that way.

I assume the outdrive you took the video of is from the 6 cylinder? I am not sure why it'd be running with no bolts or nuts anywhere on it?

yes I understand the oil and water issues but the drive is tight enough and it has oil but the real issues is the noise we got a cap that goes over the outdrive to check the alignment the alignment tool is not in the center of the bell housing tried adjusting the front mount no good it looks like the rear mount are to low for some reason will check tomorrow thanks for all the input

I have a mercruiser 165 6 cly outdrive that has a noise in it when I turn right or left I have put new u-joints , gimbal brg, going straight its fine I have also tried it putting 120 4 cly drive that I have on same noise here

His post from the other forum
you cannot run the drive not bolted on , the water leaking should not be leaking. You cannot hold the cap inplace because it has to be secured because
IT SETS THE PRELOAD FOR THE UPPER AND LOWER GEARS. No preload and they make noise .
You never answer`d the question on how you installed the gimbal bearing. using the wrong tool can result in the same noise because the bearing is not seated fully

I got the tool from my local auto marine shop on loan the bearing went in real nice there are bolts holding things together in noise in the video is the same as it was when I had the outdrive in with all the bolts in when I checked the rear mounts it looks like there are no fiber washers in I will take them apart tomorrow to make sure thanks again

If your alignment was off, you get get a worn coupler that would cause this issue. Take off the drive and see if you can see what the coupler looks like.

one nut for the drive and one bolt for the cap is totally wrong
If the alignment was that far off you could not even get the drive on all the way.
