I have to say you are amazyling lucky that the marina cought this in time and did it right. I was expecting to hear that the engines were toast due to them being in salt water and the marine not catching something. I am afraid that because you are the one guy that got lucky you have inspired many to go buy sunken boats. Good for you though, seams like you got a great deal.

Sunken salt water boats are cheap and can be had but I would worry about the electrical system, salt will be causing problems for a long time to come.

Anybody with decent experience on auto/marine electrical systems should be able to handle it. It's really only a problem for someone that can't do their own work.

Yes, the maintenance of the electrics will be tedious but if you save 100k buying the boat, it's worth it to me.
