Mercruiser v8 5.0 mpi noisey fuel pump

Have a listen. having cooling problems only at idle at the moment but im sure these arent related?? So started a new thread.
Does it need to be changed? someone told me this happens when moisture is passed through the pump?
Engine is a 2006 with just 64 hours on it. runs fine.... except for overheating at idle.

Air is the normal cause for noisy pumps. Water will also, but with water, you usually have an engine that doesn't run.
