Mercury 150 Black max fuel tubing

I have a 150 Black max.. my serial number reads 6551090... Cant find this particular number. Anyways I have a tube running from one of the carbs to the valves with a pin hole blowing fuel. Any ideas on how I can fix where to get the tubing.. Size?? Please help

carb to enrichner valve connects to t coming out of side is 18-8050 Bleeder Hose .0625 x .19 Replaces Mercury 32-99387-79 50' roll
the tube coming off the enrichner valve on the bottom is different but idk what size.

I have the serial number 6551090 stamped on the metal transom bracket. I cant find this anywhere in a serial number locator.. Check Belgium.. also.. Would you know why or maybe where the serial number is stamped somewhere else on the motor?
