Mercury 9.9 2 stroke outboard

Hi everybody,

Serial number on the outboard is 0B163667.
I have looked all over and I cannot find what year this outboard is, maybe I'm not looking in the right place or something. I need to buy a new impeller and also I'm missing one of the bolts that hold the lower unit connected to the shaft itself.

Any help would be appreciated.
