Mercury high speed adjust

I have a 63 Merc 110. It boggs down when I throttle up. That tells me high speed adjustment, but where is it on the Tillotson 010739? Thanks for any info.

That carb should have a fixed hi speed jet, there is a brass plug at the front bottom of the fuel bowl if you undo this you can pump fuel out of it with the fuel line. There could be other reasons - float level, fuel pump, plugged filter on the carb or in the tank.
