mercury lower unit 90 hp how to change gear oil

just got the motor need to find out how to change gear oil in lower unit. all i can find is a silver ecrew that says vent

right below there should be another screw at the bottom,that is the drain/fill

the top screw is were the fiuld will fill to and you focre it into the lower silver screw
