Mercury Lower Unit Compatability with 1984 60 HP Outboard

I've got a 1984 60 HP Mercury 3 cylinder engine. I'm looking at a lower unit online with a casting number of 1643-9539. Anyone know if this will fit? The narrative states that the driveshaft has 11 splines and the propshaft 13 splines.

It fits 84 to 90, 50 and 60 HP engines
