I have a Carburated 1998 Mercury Off Shore 150 HP. My issue is when I start the motor, the RPMs keep going down until it shuts off. I have to keep pressing the choke in order to keep it running. After about 15 minutes of chocking the motor finally stabilizes. Sometimes longer than 15 min. It this normal ?
