Good Evening. I just switched out controls with a new to me outboard. The new motor is a 1987 50hp Mercury ELPTO OB227120.
Boat is a 1989 Sea Nymph Fishing Machine FM-161B
My old controls witch I no longer have had an affitional 5 pin connector. The new control does not.
My thoughts are to purchase the female end and with some advise wire it in.
I have been able to find the male end that I already have online but not the female end.
Any advise on how to... would be great. Not a lot of room in the controls. Does anyone know the correct part number?. Or would you guys just wire it straight with no plug?
