I ordered a sterndrive tech manual from Mercury Publications. Seen that my credit card was billed on Monday (Labor Day) but haven't received anything yet. I called Friday but the lady is out of the office all next week. Does anyone know if they ship these books out immediately and by what method, UPS or USMail?
