anyone have a 79 royal caprice mfg 19 ft need capacity plate info to have one made stopped by div of water craft dont have plate officer did with times lenght he came up with 7 person cap max just wondering my dads starcraft 16 ft cap plate says 7 person or 1150 lbs just wont to no what my boat is and to be safe hanks
