mfg capacity plate

need info on how to get a capacity plate for a mfg 1979 19 ft royal caprice classic outboard any help would be appreciated thanks

Don't know how ohio is set up, but pa all you have to do is send $5.00 and your boat specs(on their form online) to pa fish and game and they will send you a new plate. Maybe ohio has the same??
