Did you hear the sr democrat (aka communist, same thing) senator from NY, Chuck Schumer, make the comment that “there are still a few anti-Semitic people in America, and they vote Republican.”

Apparently not. I liked him in Seinfeld but other than that I really don't know much about the guy. If that's how he really feels I'm glad it's out there now. I wonder if Mel Gibson's looking for a golf partner.

It was a bit ironic hearing Paul Rodriguez comment on the racial epithets that Richards used.I mean every other joke of his is "cracker "this and "whiteboy" that.No less offensive in my opinion.
Richards already made a public apology via satelite on the Letterman show that hosted Seinfeld ,but I don't think it got much done.Perhaps his head on a platter or financial restitution would please the masses.The comedy club it happened at already banned him.Maybe the networks' next move will be to not air any more Seinfeld reruns.Tune in to the next episode.

Dude should have put his apology on his web site, I hear that is SOP these days. I heard exerpts of his fit. It was disgusting, vulgar, stupid, and sits high on my who gives a sheet pile. Apparently these folks were heckling him, and as he is a marginal comedian, lost the battle. He snapped. BIG TIME.

Doesn't mean anything. Hollywood hasbeen goes ape. Film at 11.

I think it's ridiculous how upset everybody is getting over this. If he was black or mexican and called the heckler a cracker, everybody would have laughed. So he's a racist...big deal. He ain't the first, or the last....

As someone on this board has said, might not like what you say but will fight for your right to say it.
Is this not real close to stepping on his right to free speach?
Don't know what he said, don't care, but when you try to ban one from speaking their peace, then that is wrong.

Amazing....Blacks can call blacks niggers in their music, as comedians, and some seem to use it a term of endearment. Blacks and Mexicans can call white people, hicks crackers honkies white boys and nothing comes of it. Simply amazing.......

if the man in the audience that started it all, would of showed some respect for the man on the stage and kept his mouth shut, there would not of been a problem.
If he didn't like the show, why didn't he just get up and leave instead of showing his a## and disrupting the show for others ?

CNN News today aired a clip with two gentlemen giving their opinion on the incident.One (I forget his name) was a black comedian.A video clip of Richards' apology during the Letterman show was played and the News anchor asked the two guests if the apology attempt was just salt sprinkled on the issue.The black comedian then commented , and I quote " I always like a little salt on my crackers." The news anchor then laughed and commended him on his ability to be able to make light of the issue.I then became nauseated and pushed the off button of my remote , left the house , and shot the back nine at the local municipal golf course.
