I am kind of tired of having my email through my website host's pop server and want my email to be synced to all my devices. I have my own domain name and am thinking of using Microsoft 365 so my email server and all my emails are in the cloud.

Anyone have experience with the Microsoft 365 product?

Re: Microsoft 365 for Hosted Email

We just set it up for one of our clients. They didn't want any Office or Outlook integration so we're just doing the $4 a month plan that does web mail access only. Around 20 users now, but will end up with over 100. No complaints so far.

What do they do about email archiving? Just do it manually for old emails?

Re: Microsoft 365 for Hosted Email

Thanks for your help.

I just signed up for the $4 plan. I was looking at the size of my Outlook pst file and realized its only 2GB(over many years) so 25GB will last forever.

A microsoft partner called me yesterday and is doing all the legwork of transferring my DNS for my current email domain name for free. Microsoft apparently pays them as long as I stay for at least a year.

This is going to be great. My desktop, laptop, tablet and iphone all synced up!
