Don't know what the exact specs are, but it's not like the 20+ MPG that you will see on cars. You have a constant drag on your boat with it cutting through the water, thus a boat won't be nearly as efficient as a car or truck because they are only up against the air and road. When you start going faster, you get less fuel efficient with cars, in part because of wind resistance and other parts fuel amount going to the engine, engine speed and such. With a boat, to get the higher speeds you're going to be at wide open throttle (WOT). When at WOT and cutting through water, you're not going to get a lot of miles like on a car.<br /><br />Just my guess.
