milkish liquid on spark plug

hey guys,
i brought my boat to lake they other day and when i got it started it was shaking like a sun of a gun like it had a misfire so i took the spark plugs out and cylinders 234 had a milkish liquid on them.
was wondering if thats water getting in there.
its a 1990 50hp merc

Definately water! Probably a leaking head gasket, hopefully nothing more serious.
