I have a MinnKota Turbo 765 mx 36 lb thrust.I<br />recently started having problems with the on-off<br />switch and the continous run switch as well.At first,the switch would not turn off occasionally.But It has<br />worsened to the point where I can,t trust it at all.(Not good with an 8 lb bass on in the lilly<br />pads).I have made sure the controll board assembly<br />is clean.It does not effect the directional switch,it turns right or left on command Thanks for any imput. Thanks Rick.<br />I would first like advise on the problem.It would seem the relay switch is working if the motor still turns on cammand. Jim

Thanks again Rick for your prompt reply,and the<br />good advice on where to find switches.I contacted them,and they have the whole assembly for $70.I<br />am going that route.I can't fish during the spawning season with a trolling motor I can't depend on to stop on command.Here on Lake <br />Okeechobee, when bass are spawning, we have a saying."You are one cast away from the trophy of a life time" Again thanks. Glad to hear it, Jim. Hope you get out there and catch that trophy. Still waiting here in Missouri for warmer weather and good fishin' this year. Good luck with the motor and the fish....

I replaced the entire switch in my old Minn Kota Turbo-40 for $28 plus shipping right from Minn Kota. Great people to deal with.<br /><br />Call'em and they'll have the part out that day.
