Missing bellcrank bushing for barrel connector

1973 115hp evinrude model, 115393m. BRP states in required colum that I need 3 (pn 0318590). Is this correct or do I only need 1? Thanks, Roger

My crystal ball is broken, is this in the carb, lower unit, exhaust housing, or the gas tank?

There's no bellcrank and bushing #0318590 in a carburetor but there is one on the shiftrod linkage. It's on the pin and fits in the hole in the swivel barrel at the top of the shift rod.

Yes. sorry I should have been more specific. the bushing on the bellcrank pin that goes into the shift rod barrel connector. There is only one correct? Thanks Roger
