Mixing gas/oil in large fuel tank......

Hello,<br />This may belong in boat questions,not sure.I was hoping others could share their ideas's for thoroughly mixing 2 cycle oil into a large fuel tank.I'am always concerned that the oil is not mixed thoroughly enough with the gas on non-VRO systems.I have an 85 gal.below-deck tank.I would usually pour the oil slowly into a large funnel while pumping the gas.I've seen some put oil into the below deck tank first,then fill with gas.Is there a better way to assure a thorough mix?

Hey Reel.....<br /><br />Sounds to me like your doing it the right way. You get the best mix the way your doing it. The action of the boat in the water will help the mixing process. Dosen't really sound like you have anything to worry about 'cept maybe is the beer still cold.
