Can anybody tell me a good starting point,like all way in half, 3/4 turns, 1/4 turns to set high,low mixture screws on 1955 15hp evinrude, Im trying to start it to see if she pumps water, have spark on both cylinders,used starting fuild she almost starts but not long enough to get fuel flowing from presure tank, this is a cool old motor and want to get it running,how would I go about getting any manulas for this motor? thanks for any info Brian
