My brother just traded his broken truck for a boat, motor, and trailer. The motor looks like an OMC, but has Montgomery wards stamped on shroud. I was able to retrieve M# GG9016A S# 45X559853. Any help on this subject is appreciated, as far as if it is made by OMC. Wards did go out of buisness an I don't know if thats the only place for parts. Thanks

Hi cajun<br />You have a 1954-55 12hp seaking. These motors were made by OMC' Gale div for Montgomery Ward. Basicly the same as other OMC motors of the era.
