more hp from 115 Yamaha

I have a 2000 115 Yahaha on a SX76 Skeeter. I was told the 115 and 130 are the same except fot the carb jetting. Can I put larger jets in and make it a 130 or is there more to it?

It' not so easy to make it a 130.<br />There is a different cylinder block on the 130 and the exhaust manifold is different too.
