Water seeping out of the exhaust manifolds is NOT normal!

I'd guess the jacket is shot, which means new manifolds...

PS: I've got the same engine which has only been used in fresh water. When I took the manifolds and risers apart this past spring you would not BELIEVE the amount of flaked off rust that I blasted out of them through the drain holes! I proceeded to soak them in a zinc phosphate solution to arrest as much of the corrosion as possible.

Ok ur killin me here vandentr! Its coming out of the bolt head, and it seems as though the bolt holes in the cyl. head go into water (water jacket in the head) so the water may be just coming down the bolts to the outside of the manifold......I damn sure hope so....I had a boat years ago and called it a money pit, and here i go again....
