When shifting into gear, the motor dies half of the time, not gently either I should add. It's a 200 Optimax 1998. Sometimes smooth, but getting worse. Please help.
Changed the lube twice this year, just in case that was the problem. My Optimax is DFI (direct fuel injection) no carbs. I have been trying different oils with the gas to see if that is the problem. I am using Quicksilver now. I am thinking of going to a 100% synthetic oil. Thanks for responding! Keep the sugestions coming!
