My Outboard Going 5mph @ Full Throttle??

Try with new prop problem still exist. Can someone pls help?? :confused:

might be a spun prop hub if everything in your fuel system is solid

Checked the following and everything is fine.

Fuel pump - fine
Spark - fine
Compressor - fine
Lower gear - fine
Carb - has been rebuild

Try with new prop problem still exist. Can someone pls help?? :confused:

if your motor is not reving up its not the prop you have the same problem i have

He said nothing about the motor failing to rev. He said it was going 5mph at WOT. If his fuel system is rebuilt it could be a spun hub, or the carbs might not be synced properly. Idle mixture could be off. I'd check the prop and do a link and sync. Get a manual if you dont have one.

Not sure how to check for rpm on this boat since it does not have gauge.
