Motor popping out of gear half throttle

Hi there, I have a 35 hp johnson that is popping out of gear half throttle. Any advice on a fix? It ran good but then that started. Any help on a fix or parts that are needed would be awesome. Ty

Clutch dog and forward gear are worn out. Not unusual at all. What is the model number of your 35?
