Motor wont stay running

It?s a 1986 Suzuki dt75 and just took the carbs off and cleaned and soaked them in carb cleaner but it wont start or stay running. It starts when I spray some carb cleaner in them but then it dies. I also checked the idle air screw and turned it back 1 & ? to 2 turns, still nothing.

when you turn the idle screw does nothing happen at .. no increase or decrease

Nothing happens it dosnt even act like it wants to start
