multi-function digital tachometer

i am not sure about the wires for the tach. i have the square plug harness hooked up. but the other 8 ft. harness i am not sure what to plug where. i know to match the colors but there is a blue what is that for? and there is a yellow with an inline fuse i dont know which wire that 1 plugs into because there is 2 yellow wires coming out of the remote controll box which is a 703 box

color to color<br /> if you want the tach light to come on with the key (normal) hook the short yellow to the short blue. the inline fuse is just that, an inline fuse for the gauge panel.

thanks agian rodbolt i figured it out. the other problem was that i had a bad ground.<br />but it is working now. i mounted my new motor today and after fiddlin with the control box for 3 hours and replacing the throttle lever inside to push instead of pull. i hooked the battery up after that and she started wright up and is purring like a new born kitten.<br /><br />i will take it to the water tomorrow for the first hour break in .
