murcruiser 6.2 Impeller replace

I have a 2007 Sea ray Sundeck with a murcruiser 6.2 liter motor bravo 3 outdrive. please tell me if it is a big job to replace the impeller on the motor. Also maybe a link to a manual or motor cut away of where it is and so on.

How hard it is all depends on what kind of access you have to the front of the motor, where the pump is bolted on, down low on the starboard side.

Ayuh,... Take it right off the motor,+ service it on the bench, then reinstall it...

One thing you probably will not find in the manual is whether to pull the hoses at the pump or elsewhere... It depends on the type of cooling you have, on the access you have, and on the hoses' arrangement for your engine. On my boat, I disconnect the intake hose at the transom, then pull the pump up as my outflow hose allows for it, and disconnect the second hose at the pump.
