I'd recommend the stringers be attached to the transom and or the bilge and the bilge attached to the transom.

Thats what i was leaning towards just seems like it would be stronger that way. Do i need to allow a way for water to get by the stringer (like a hole or some sort of passage) not that there is going to be any leaks but just in case somehow water gets into the hull i know if the job is done right and the boat is taken care of there should be no water in the hull since its its a tri hull if water does get into those outside parts of the hull there will be no way to get it out right

Yes, it's always a good idea to put "Weep" holes in the stringers, and then one in the bilge that you can plug. "Just In Case" factor is always good.

Ok so the temperature really jacked me up today got hot quick and I didn't get all the air out of my final lay up The air is in just this one spot what do i need to do for this

I was thinking i need to grind off the area that the air got traped and place a new piece over that i really dont want to take the whole layer off

Yep, that's all that's necessary. When the temps get hot cut back a bit on the Mekp. Not too much, just a little. It'll still cure and will give you a bit more working time.

Been gluing my stringers this week going to try to get them in this weekend.. one of them I glued has a bit of a crrown in the stringer should I just make a new one because all the others turned out straight as an arrow

As sticky as that PB is I would think it would hold it down it doesn't take much pressure to take the crown out

ok so I got all all my stringers done laid them in to see how they would fit and it seems the two in the middle are taller I laid a trial piece of plywood and it rocks in the middle 1/4 inch gap on both sides im kinds freaking out is the bad . I made them exactly the like the originals what happened. Is it possible that the outside stringers were taller because the wood i took out was terrible pretty much powder..do my outer stringers need to be taller to fix this

Having a 1/4" crown in the middle of the Deck is not that big a deal. My boat came that way from the factory. Routes the water to the sides of the boat and then back to the Bilge. For me, I would not worry about it. If it bugs you that much then take a Plane or a belt sander and knock em down and then re glass the tops.

Okay so I guess i was thinking it should lay flat like a floor had me thinking my hull might of been warped but if that's normal I wont sweat it ..when my deck goes down over the stringers will I use PB to "stick" it down ..also I will coat both sides of the ply with CSM?

You can PB the deck to the stringers if you want, and yes, CSM goes on both sides and the edges.
