this is on my 24ft pontoon btw

one that was on it when I bought it has this written on it 11-3/4x10 and 298x254

the new spare one I was going to put on is 11-1/4x13 and 286x330

was going to swap them out since the one thats on it is pretty pitted and all bc this boat is a 96 and aways sits in the water..

which should be the best all around prop for a 24ft pontoon?

thanks

You should read the stickies at the top of thye page
Numbers are in inches or metric. Diameter X pitch. Pitch is the key number.
the 10" prop is likely the best or it wouldn't be on there. If the prop isn't too bad you should do a couple of runs and remind us of the size and get us the max rpm and speed. Then try the 11 1/4 X 13. Get us the numbers. The motor needs to run near its max rated rpm at wot (wide open throttle) 6,000.
