I'm an old fart but feeling like a kid.
I just put a deposit down on a 17-1/2' Smokercraft Stealth!
My first boat. I used to use my Dad's little runabout so I'm not totally green but it's been a while so I'm sure I'll have plenty of questions.
Powered by Yamaha F115 and a F8 kicker. 270 hours on the 115 and 330 on the 8.
I was considering buying a 14' Livingston.
I don't know what happened!
I'll post some pics when I get it.
Thanks for letting me share!

That first picture almost looks like you are sinking stern first!! It must be the weight of all the fish you caught in the back of the boat :)

That first picture is about 1/4 second after throttle up with the engine a little high. Launched properly, it's on plane so fast the bow never covers the horizon. The funnest thing about that beast is having the teen-agers beg me to slow down.

I had Red Green in the dutch door as an avitar over on scream and fly for about six months. Then I substituted the above picture. It was there for about a week before anybody noticed.

Ok. Finall made it home with the new boat safe and sound after fighting Seattle rush hour traffic in a rain squal.
Got it tucked into the garage which was no easy feat and the wife can still park her car in there so all is well.
Cheers!

Re: My New Boat!

good looking! Why the ropes on the ceiling
Thanks.
Clothes lines for when my wife washes the carpets. I've also got four stouter lines I hang my truck canopy from now and then.
